At mubin.my, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality halal products. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’re here to assist you.


✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return, refund, or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or expired.

  • The item is defective or unusable upon arrival.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used food & beverage products, unless the issue falls under the conditions above.


📅 Return & Refund Window

  • You must submit your request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible.


📦 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at mubinadenan@gmail.com

  2. WhatsApp [0195199144] with:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return / Refund

    • Photo or Video Evidence (if damaged/defective)

    1. Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

    2. If approved:

      • For replacement, we will ship a new item at no extra cost.

      • For refund, we will process via online banking / e-wallet within 5-7 working days.


    🚚 Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping is fully covered by us.

    • For other cases (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is borne by the customer and subject to approval.


    ❌ Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or partially consumed food products

    • Items purchased during clearance / promotional sales (unless damaged)

    • Items with no proof of damage or incorrect delivery
