Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mubin. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia). We are not offering international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Please note: These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control such as postal delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over RM99 within Malaysia.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your payment is verified. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you.

If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at mubinadenan@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will update it. If it has already shipped, we cannot make any changes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

7. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, a package may be returned to us as undeliverable by the courier. If this occurs, we will contact you using the information provided to arrange for re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping the order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Mubin is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery or provide a secure delivery location.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or the courier service first, as the driver may have left it with a neighbour or in a safe place.

9. Customs and Import Taxes (For International Customers)
As we currently only ship within Malaysia, this does not apply. Should we begin international shipping, this policy will be updated.
